Solar Power Workshop

WALB, NEWS 10 recently featured a solar power workshop where Senator Freddie Powell Sims invited Coastal Solar to speak about the benefits of renewable energy for farmers and the greater southwest Georgia community.

For farmers, their electric bill often far exceeds all others.

Coastal Solar’s Senior Analyst, Bill Johnston, said, “By reducing that bill for them – and we can reduce it anywhere from 30 to 60, 70, 80 percent – we make them more efficient, and then they own the power that they generate.”
